This guide outlines essential house rules to ensure harmonious cohabitation in the accommodation. It emphasizes respect for furniture, food hygiene, and pet safety.

Hygiene and Respect for the Premises

Furniture Protection

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or armchairs. We ask you to respect this rule to preserve the quality of the furniture for all our guests.

Dedicated Bowls

Use only your pet's bowls for their meals. Please do not use the accommodation's dishes to feed your companion.

Well-being and Safety

Presence Recommended

Do not leave your pet alone in the accommodation to avoid stress and potential damage. An anxious animal may cause damage to furniture or the property.

Outdoor Vigilance

Important: As the property is only partially fenced, please carefully supervise your companion during outdoor activities for their safety.

Acceptance Conditions

Pets are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Height at withers not exceeding 50 cm (20 inches)
  • Only one pet per stay
  • Clean pet, up to date with vaccinations and treated against parasites

Using the TV

To use the TV...
1- Turn it on using the large remote control
2- Press the "Home" symbol on the small remote control.
3- Launch the Molotov app (in yellow) for TV channels.

    Voice Assistant

    The Alexa voice assistant is installed in the living room. You can interact with it in many ways. You can disable the microphone if you wish by pressing the small cross.

    Towel Heater and Heat Pump

    The bathroom towel heater will be turned off, and we leave it to you to adjust the temperature according to your preferences. The heat pump remote control is on the wall separating the kitchen and the living room. Be aware that the heat pump has multiple functions (heating, air conditioning, dehumidifier, fan). Make sure you are on the correct mode using the remote control. If needed, the manual is above the microwave or accessible with this link: remote control.

    Parking

    You can park anywhere on the property as you will be alone on it. Be careful not to park on the grass as you may get stuck.

    Wastewater Recycling and Waste Management

    The property's wastewater is recycled through phytoremediation (plant filtering). Therefore, we ask travelers to avoid pouring harsh chemicals into the pipes, such as medicines, disinfectants, or dyes.

    Before Your Departure

    Before your departure, you can start the dishwasher, and we will take care of putting the dishes away. Please dispose of your garbage in the appropriate containers at the entrance of the property (green for general waste and yellow for recyclable waste - paper, plastics, etc.). The key should be returned to the key box.
